Davina Wilson, MSW Intern
“Hi, I’m Davina Wilson, a therapist intern passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and the parents who guide them. I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, whether you’re navigating school pressures, identity, relationships, or trying to make sense of the next steps in your journey.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I primarily use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you explore and strengthen your own motivations for change, and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide our conversations toward what’s working and what’s possible. Rather than focusing only on problems, we’ll work together to build on your existing strengths and create achievable goals that matter to you.
I aim to create a safe and affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered—whether you’re a teen figuring things out, a young adult facing transitions, or a parent looking for balance and support.
Let’s work together to make meaningful, positive change—one step at a time.”
