Keiron Ingram, LPC-A
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to need support. You don’t have to carry everything on your own. I believe healing can happen when you have a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported—while also drawing on the strength, purpose, and faith that guide your life.
Therapy is not a quick fix—it is a collaborative and intentional process of growth, self-discovery, and change. Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing, identify unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs, and work toward building healthier coping strategies. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused techniques, and mindfulness-based practices to support meaningful and lasting progress.
I specialize in working with teens and adolescents and have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, suicidal ideation, and relationship concerns. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move forward.
You are capable of doing hard things—and you don’t have to do them alone. With the right support, healing and growth are possible.
