Compassionate Support & Practical, Real-World Guidance
I’m an MSW intern focused on helping people feel more grounded, more confident, and more supported as they navigate stress, identity, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, with an emphasis on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard.
A core part of my experience includes supporting the LGBTQIA+ community through fundraising and advocacy, which strengthened my commitment to affirming care and community-centered healing. I’m especially passionate about working with clients impacted by religious trauma—including shame, fear, rejection, or identity conflict rooted in past religious experiences. Many people carry wounds from messages that told them they were “wrong,” “too much,” or unlovable. In our work together, we’ll gently untangle those messages, rebuild self-trust, and create room for a more compassionate and authentic relationship with yourself.
